UCLA Sculptor to Visit Italy for Unveiling of Work

Vasa Mihich, an art professor at the UCLA College of Fine Arts, will travel to Italy in April for the unveiling of the 19-foot acrylic-and-aluminum sculpture he created for the Olivetti Corp.’s headquarters in Ivrea.
Mihich, a naturalized American citizen born in Yugoslavia, has been with the UCLA art department for 19 years, officials said.
