An FBI spokesman said arrest warrants have been issued for Tony Tak Lam, 32, and Peter Chi Wong, 30, for allegedly defrauding six Chinatown and Monterey Park branch banks of about $2.8 million. Spokesman Jim Neilsen said Wong and Lam vanished after writing checks against the account of Golden Fields Leasing Co., which no longer is in business.
