Two brothers and their sister have been arrested on suspicion of shooting to death a 54-year-old Woodland Hills man, whose body was found in the bedroom closet of a home in Ontario, police said Saturday.

The body of Arthur Boga was found Thursday night at a house where officers responded to a “shots fired” call, Ontario Police Lt. Ray Rump said.

Officers found the three suspects washing their clothes in an apparent attempt to remove bloodstains, Rump said.

Boga apparently got into an argument and was shot in the back with a .38-caliber revolver while trying to flee, Rump said. After he was shot, Boga tumbled down a stairway and was then shot in the head with a .44-caliber revolver, Rump said.

Rose Parker, 26, and Joseph January, 28, both of Ontario, and Peter January, 30, of La Verne, were arrested on suspicion of murder and were being held without bail at the San Bernardino County Jail, Rump said.

An undisclosed amount of cocaine was found in the house, $1,400 in cash was found on Boga’s body, and the suspects said they had been “on a two-day drug party,” Rump said.
