Fred Slaughter, agent for Kenny Fields of the Milwaukee Bucks, is seeking $43,500 he claims he wasn’t paid by Fields, plus more than $1 million in damages.
Both formerly played at UCLA.
Slaughter claims he was hired by Fields in 1984, negotiated a $455,000, three-year contract with Milwaukee for Fields, set him up with a shoe contract, helped him with the purchase of a car and legal problems.
Slaughter said Fields has paid him only $4,500 of the $48,000 owed him.
