‘Dog-Barking Rights’

I have a better proposal for Gerber’s noise pollution! Rather than go to the expense of instituting and enforcing any new laws or having million of dog owners cut the vocal cords of dogs it would be easier, faster and much cheaper for all concerned if Gerber would go to her doctor and have her eardrums removed. I’m sure it is a simple operation. Then in her civilized society she would never hear lawn mowers, blowers, dog barks, bird songs, music or a human voice.
