Attorney to Address Mayors’ Prayer Breakfast

Attorney Tom Hamilton will be guest speaker at the 22nd annual Harbor Area Mayors’ Prayer Breakfast, to be held at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the Registry Hotel in Irvine.

Newport Beach Mayor Philip Maurer and Irvine Mayor David Baker have proclaimed April 17 as a day to be set aside annually for the prayer breakfast and the week of April 21 as Christian Leadership Week.

Hamilton, chairman and chief executive officer of the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club and a member of the board of directors of the Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation, will speak on his recent life-changing encounter with religion.
