Jack Spiegelman, who shot and wounded his daughter’s accused murderer in a San Francisco courtroom two weeks ago, pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges. Spiegelman, 47, dressed in a light gray suit and free on $25,000 bail, appeared with his ex-wife and parents for the brief hearing before San Francisco Municipal Judge David Garcia. Daniel D. Morgan, still recovering from the bullet wounds, faces trial for the March, 1983, murder of Spiegelman’s teen-age daughter, Sarah.
