AM International and Harris Graphics will merge.
The firms announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement providing for the acquisition of all Harris Graphics shares for $22 per share in cash, or about $246 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Harris Graphics will become a wholly owned subsidiary of AM International.
