Anaheim : Man Arrested After Reporting Shooting
A man who claimed his girlfriend’s gunshot wound was accidental was arrested Friday on suspicion of attempted murder.
Police said Raymond Louis Wilson, 55, was held in lieu of $250,000 bail after the early-morning shooting in his home at 707 N. Modena St.
Wilson telephoned police to report the shooting, authorities said.
Policemen found Vicky Lynn Ormsbee, 22, inside the house with a gunshot wound to the neck, according to Sgt. Jack Jansen. She was treated at the sceneand later taken to UCI Medical Center, where she was in critical condition, hesaid.
