Man’s Killer Still Sought: Police said Wednesday that they believe they know who shot and killed a man suspected of stealing two roosters but that they have not captured the killer. Seven men who live on West 5th Street, where 37-year-old Salvador S. Tinajero was shot twice early Tuesday, were questioned and later released, police said. Tinajero died at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital. The roosters, believed by police to be fighting cocks, were valued at about $150 each.
