Livingston Bramble, the World Boxing Assn. lightweight champion, pulled out of a scheduled 15-round title fight June 15 against Terrance Alli because of tendinitis in his right elbow.

In other developments:

--Fernando Sosa was dropped from his June 23 featherweight title fight against Ireland’s Barry McGuigan after it was discovered that he has two detached retinas. A replacement for Sosa is expected to be named this week.

--Marvin Johnson, the World Boxing Assn. light-heavyweight champion, is suffering from an infected upper tooth and an ailing lower back and is pulling out of his June 7 title defense against second-ranked Jean Marie Emebee of Cameroon.
