A third suspect in the slaying of Marie Andrea Malmgreen, 38, of Brea, wife of a Los Angeles police detective, is being sought by Fullerton police. “I don’t think I should release the name of the person we are looking for,” Capt. Donald Bankhead said. “That only makes finding him that much harder.” David Scott Pickering, 21, the second suspect arrested in the killing, pleaded innocent to murder, robbery and attempted sodomy in North Orange County Municipal Court. Pickering and the first suspect, Scott M. Katzin, 18, remain in jail without bail. Malmgreen’s body was found in her car in a Fullerton lot a week after she vanished April 22.
