Man’s Body Found in Drainage Ditch
Sheriff’s homicide detectives are investigating the death of an unidentified man found in a South Bay drainage ditch Monday afternoon, authorities reported.
The body of a Latino man believed to be in his 30s was found at about 12:45 p.m. by a county work crew cleaning out a drainage culvert near Loma del Sol Drive in Bonita.
A San Diego County Sheriff’s Department spokesman said the man was fully clothed and had been shot several times in the head. He had several tattoos on his upper body and arms.
