We Should All Be Proud of Jackie Joyner

Jackie Joyner’s achievement in track and field was the greatest thing to happen in the last 50 years. Jackie is an American woman of whom we all should be tremendously proud. Randy Harvey’s coverage was very well done, but in my opinion deserved much better space than it received--the bottom of the page.

I, for one, am sick and tired of reading about cocaine criminals. Why should we feel sorry for these million-dollar idiots, who receive so much wasted ink?
