Hermosa Beach : Parts of 2 Streets Vacated
The City Council voted to vacate portions of Power and 20th streets after a lengthy public hearing in which several owners of neighboring properties protested the action.
The rights of way have existed since 1906, according to city records, but are impassable to vehicles.
