More Maryland basketball players were questioned by a grand jury investigating the cocaine-induced death of Len Bias, and a lawyer said the star forward’s parents offered to appear before the panel.
The grand jury was expected to wrap up its week-long inquest today.
Bias’ parents, James and Lonise Bias, were expected to speak to the grand jurors although they have not been subpoenaed, said Wayne Curry, an attorney for the family.
