Artesia Freeway Crash Kills One
One person was killed and at least 10 others were injured today in a chain-reaction crash in the westbound lanes of the Artesia Freeway in Bellflower, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.
The accident occurred shortly before 10 a.m. near the Lakewood Boulevard interchange and involved two heavy trucks and as many as 10 automobiles, according to a Fire Department spokeswoman.
