Avalon : Council Meetings Changed

The City Council has voted unanimously to change its meetings from the first and third Mondays of the the month to the first and third Tuesdays. The change will take effect 30 days after a second reading of the ordinance, scheduled for Sept. 2. The meetings will continue to start at 7 p.m.
