Fireball Kills 1, Injures 14

CINCINNATI — A short circuit in an electrical panel sent a fireball through a switch room of a downtown office building, fatally burning one man and injuring 14 others, officials said Friday. The cause of the electrical flash on Thursday was under investigation.
