Kubisak Heads Orange County BOMA Chapter
Thomas Kubisak of Daum/Johnstown American Cos. has been elected president of the Orange County chapter of Building Owners & Managers Assn. (BOMA). He previously held the posts of treasurer, secretary and vice president.
Other officers are Jeff Gunther of Charles Dunn, past president and presidential adviser; Barbara Steck, Signal Development Corp., vice president; Karen Piper, Koll Center Irvine, treasurer; Chris Mahon, the Irvine Co., secretary, and Nellie Betker, McMahon-Oliphant Properties, BOMA International member at large.
Directors of the more than 200-member chapter are Stan Taeger, South Coast Plaza Town Center; Heidi Heckendorf, Segerstrom Center, and Mary Lou Johnston, Brinderson Development.
