Entertainer Joey Heatherton was free on bail after being arrested and charged with stabbing an acquaintance in the hand with a kitchen knife. Police in Ramapo, N.Y., where the 41-year-old movie and television actress was visiting, identified the victim as Jerry Fisher, one of her hosts, but said they did not know the relationship between the two. Heatherton was charged with assault and possession of a controlled substance, which police said was less than an ounce of cocaine. Fisher was treated at a hospital and released.
