La Jolla
Firefighters responded to four brush fires in the La Jolla-University City area Monday.
The fires, which involved a total of 50 acres, all began around noon Monday, a San Diego Fire Department spokeswoman said.
The locations of the fires were: the 2500 block of North Torrey Pines Boulevard, the 8800 block of Dunaway Avenue, La Jolla Village Drive and an area near Interstate 805 and Miramar Road.
Fire investigators have not determined if all four were deliberately set.
