I loved your article on the bookstores of San Diego. However, I must say a word or two about my favorite, Wahrenbrock’s, on Broadway.

I’ve been a regular there for more years than either Valverde, who runs the joint, or I, would care to admit.

I find the selection outstanding, certainly in my field, film and theater, as well as any number of other areas. I think their range defies description.

And, they have, without a doubt, the best quality of dust of any of them. As you well know, the true test is the dust, and using that and that alone, Wahrenbrock’s is clearly superior to the others. They haven’t cleaned that dump since the Great Flood and it’s just wonderful.
