Alcohol will no longer be sold after the third quarter of San Diego State football games, a decision stemming from rowdiness that caused $2,500 damage to San Diego Jack Murphy Stadium on the night of Sept. 20, when the Aztecs played UCLA.
Twenty-nine people were arrested, and 25 others where ejected. Stadium manager William Wilson said $2,500 worth of damage was done to five restrooms. Sinks, toilets and partitions had to be replaced, he said.
