Former Philadelphia Eagles lineman Kevin Allen and another man were arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a woman and beating her male companion on a Pennsylvania beach Labor Day morning.
Allen, the Eagles’ 1985 No. 1 draft choice who was waived Tuesday, and Scott Cartwright, 25, Allen’s roommate at a condominium in Cherry Hill, N.J., were charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated assault.
