Lemon Grove
The unidentified body of a man in his early 20s with several stab wounds in his upper body was found early Saturday in Lemon Grove.
A woman who had been walking on a private road near the 2500 block of 69th Street about 7 a.m. saw the body and reported it. San Diego sheriff’s deputies found the body, clad in gray slacks and white athletic shoes.
A sheriff’s spokesman said the stabbing likely had occurred at another location. The coroner’s office listed the death as “being at the hands of another,” and sheriff’s detectives are continuing their investigation.
