Fountain Valley : Suspects Sought in Shooting Incident
Suspects were being sought in a shooting that erupted on Sunday between two carloads of juveniles, police said Monday.
No one was injured in the incident, which occurred shortly before 4 p.m. at Edinger Avenue and Iris Street. Officers said they did not believe it was gang-related.
Investigators said that the two groups of youths had confronted each other and were arguing when a youth in one car threw a pipe at the second car. A passenger in the second car responded by firing as many as six shots at the other automobile, striking it once.
