The lawyer for Brian Tribble, the man accused of supplying the cocaine that killed Maryland basketball star Len Bias, said he will attempt to have the case dismissed because of pre-trial publicity.
Attorney Thomas Morrow said his new motion for dismissal will argue that stories about his client in the Baltimore Sun and the Washington Post proved that a gag order imposed last week by Prince George’s County Circuit Judge James Rea was not being observed.
