A Kindred Spirit of Al Martinez
Just a short note to let you know that the best thing about the Westside Section of the L. A. Times is Al Martinez. When I read his column, it’s as if this man is me. I have yet to read a column of his that I disagree with. . . . I hope that he is as wonderful as he writes. He has such a beautiful perspective on life. Sometimes I read his column and, I get so choked up, I have to pause and wave the tears away. Al Martinez is what makes me buy the L. A. Times . . . OK, OK, and the cartoon, “The Far Side.”
