A group of investors, headed by actor and former UCLA quarterback Mark Harmon, have purchased the Ventura Gulls baseball club and will move the team, a member of the Class A California League, to San Bernardino.
The investor group, San Bernardino Baseball Club, Inc., bought the team from former major league players Ken McMullen and Jim Colburn, and third partner Jim Bibby. The team will play a 71-game home schedule at Fiscalini Field in Perris Hill Park.
