Raymond Hennings, 30, James Smithson, 22, and Larry Woody, 25, all of Chico, and Robert Hennings, 35, of Willows, and Michael Parkhill, 18, of Mount Shasta were accused of illegally cutting at least 666 silver tip red fir trees valued at $13,320 from private land in the Ishi Wildlife Area of Lassen National Forest--a state game preserve.
