New England Patriot wide receiver Irving Fryar...
New England Patriot wide receiver Irving Fryar is due back in Foxboro, Mass., today to tell police how he totaled his Mercedes two miles from Sullivan Stadium during last Sunday’s game with the Buffalo Bills.
Fryar, released Wednesday from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after three days of treatment for a concussion suffered in the one-car accident, will meet with police Sgt. William Graham.
Patriot physician Bert Zarins said he did not give Fryar an anesthetic for the separated shoulder Fryar suffered in the first half of the Patriot’s 22-19 victory over the Bills. Fryar left the stadium during the second half and was driving through Foxboro when his car spun out and struck a tree.
