The Los Angeles Lazers of the Major Indoor Soccer League will begin their first eastern trip of the season with a game tonight against Cleveland. They will play again Saturday night against undefeated Baltimore, then Dec. 12 against Dallas.

Currently in third place behind Tacoma and Kansas City, the Lazers (3-1) have their work cut out for them. Cleveland (3-3) holds a 12-1 series edge over the Lazers, and Baltimore (6-0) is off to the best start in MISL history.

Although the Lazers have been successfully relying on defense and the scoring of Willie Molano, Coach Peter Wall said his team “needs more scoring.” All of the Lazers’ games have been one-goal decisions.
