Local News in Brief : Computer Consultant Found Shot to Death

A 32-year-old Tarzana computer consultant was found shot to death in his home Wednesday, Los Angeles police said.
A neighbor found the body of Noray Ozerson at about 8 a.m. inside his single-family house in the 5400 block of Geyser Avenue, Detective Paul Stewart said.
Homicide detectives were without witnesses, suspects or a motive, Stewart said.
