An El Cajon woman, suspected of having been involved for several years in sex acts with a boy now 14, has been arrested in Battle Ground, Wash., San Diego County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ron Cottingham said Monday.

Carol D. Swenson, 23, surrendered to Clark County Sheriff’s deputies in Battle Ground late Saturday after talking to her father, who had been in contact with San Diego County sheriff’s detectives.

Swenson has been been accused of 28 sex-related offenses, including oral copulation, sexual intercourse and sodomy with a minor.

Clifford Neal Wimberly, 36, pleaded innocent last week to charges of repeatedly arranging for his son to engage in sex with Swenson and supplying drugs to his children. His wife, Victoria, 35, was charged with two counts of giving marijuana to their son and 16-year-old daughter.

The Wimberlys’ daughter reported the alleged activities to the sheriff’s substation in Santee, and later turned over photos of her brother and a woman believed to be Swenson engaging in sex.
