The Miami Dolphins will play their final game ever in the Orange Bowl tonight when they play host to the New England Patriots.

Next season, the Dolphins will play their home games at a new stadium being built in North Dade County.

New England (10-5) has to win tonight to clinch the AFC East title. If the Patriots lose, they’re out of the playoffs.

Miami (8-7) had its playoff hopes dashed Saturday when Seattle beat Denver, 41-16.

Tonight’s game is expected to be a passing duel. New England has passed 569 times and run only 428 times this season. Miami’s pass-to-run ratio is even more lopsided, 622 to 333.

The Dolphins’ Dan Marino has completed 60.8% of his passes for 4,480 yards and 41 touchdowns with 21 interceptions. The Patriots’ Tony Eason has completed 61.5% of his passes for 3,269 yards and 18 touchdowns with 10 interceptions.
