Surgeons were able to save the arm of a woman who jumped a zoo fence to feed a 350-pound Bengal tiger and was mauled by the animal, hospital officials said Saturday.

Doctors reconstructed the arm of Sandra Lee Wilson, 36, after it was nearly severed in the attack at Jacksonville Zoological Park on Tuesday. Wilson also suffered wounds on her left leg and foot.
