Westminster : Man Found Dead in Truck Next to Hospital

A security guard found the body of a man, an apparent victim of a drug overdose, sitting in a pickup truck parked next to the emergency room of Humana Hospital Westminster Friday morning, police said.

Juan Carlos Molina, 20, of Huntington Beach was found in a white truck at 4:30 a.m. by a hospital guard after a caller reported a suspicious person in the parking lot who would not wake up, police spokesman Larry Woessner said.

Molina, the owner of the truck, was pronounced dead at the scene.said.

Police speculated that the cause of death was drug-related. The caller, who did not identify himself, might have driven Molina to the emergency room, Woessner said.
