Home Surrounded After Shots Fired
A Santa Ana Police Department SWAT team surrounded a house in the 1700 block of Park Lane Friday night after an identified man who was shooting off a rifle barricaded himself inside his home.
Sgt. Richard Murg said the 11-member SWAT team was called to the scene about 8:30 p.m. Police said the man would not answer his telephone and that officers were trying to establish communication with him.
Murg said no one was hurt when the man fired the rifle.
