The 63 finalists for the 13th annual People’s Choice Award, the Hollywood award chosen by the public, are to be announced today at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The winners of a special Gallup Poll for entertainers in 21 categories, including film, television and pop music will be announced during a three-hour TV program to air March 15.
