Tiger Shaw edged downhill champion Doug Lewis by three-tenths of a second to win the super giant slalom in the National Alpine Ski Championships at Crested Butte, Colo. Shaw, 25, of Stowe, Vt., was timed in 1:36.14, beating Lewis’ 1:36.43.
Pam Fletcher won the women’s super giant slalom as Debbie Armstrong finished second.
