Maj. Gen. Ralph H. Jacobson, recently director of special projects, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, and assistant vice commander of the Space Division, Los Angeles Air Force Station, was elected president and CEO of Cambridge, Mass.-based Draper Laboratory. He succeeds Robert A. Duffy, who was the firm’s president and CEO for the past 14 years.
