Costa Mesa : Two Reappointed to County Fair’s Board

Robert L. Seat of Santa Ana and Charlotte Cleary of Villa Park have been reappointed to the Orange County Fair board of directors by Gov. George Deukmejian, according to a fair board spokeswoman.

Seat and Cleary will serve four-year terms on the nine-member board that oversees policies of the county Fair and Exposition Center in Costa Mesa.

It is the third term for Seat, who has been on the board since 1979. He serves on the finance committee and also has been the board’s president and vice president. He is the owner of Seatree Nurseries Inc. in Laguna Hills and Irvine.

Cleary, who serves as the board’s vice president, will begin her second term. She is a part-time instructor for the Orange Unified School District and has been a board member of the California Federation of Republican Women for 12 years.
