Tom Sestak, former Buffalo Bills defensive tackle, who played on two American Football League championship teams, died Friday in Buffalo, apparently of a heart attack. He was 51.
Sestak, drafted by the Bills in 1962 out of McNeese State, was a tight end before former Buffalo Coach Lou Saban converted him to a defensive tackle. He played for the Bills six years and in 1970 made the all-time AFL team. He also was named to the Bills’ Silver Anniversary team in 1984.
