Former Dodger Jerry Reuss, in his first appearance in a minor league game since 1970, allowed 9 hits and 4 runs, all earned, in 5 innings Saturday night as the Nashville Sounds lost to the Indianapolis Indians, 5-1, in an American Assn. game.
Reuss (0-1), who had 1 strikeout and 2 walks, was making his first start for the Cincinnati Reds’ Triple-A farm team.
