Roads to Close for Improvements: Parts of some streets will be closed in May and June while road improvements are made. Bolsa Chica Street between Edinger Avenue and Rancho Road and Bolsa Avenue between Bolsa Chica Street and Springdale Avenue will be under construction during the next several weeks, according to Paul Cook, director of the city’s Public Works Department. There also will be construction on Warner Avenue between Saybrook Lane and Pacific Coast Highway during May and June.
