A Superior Court judge Tuesday refused to reinstate Lynn Redgrave’s $10-million lawsuit against MCA and Universal Television, which alleged she was fired because she wanted to breast-feed her baby on a television show set. Judge Jack Ryburn denied Redgrave’s request for a new trial, filed after Ryburn ruled in March that the case had been settled by an oral agreement discussed over the telephone last June by Redgrave’s husband John Clark and Universal president Robert Harris. Redgrave and Clark said they never signed the proposed agreement.
