A gunman robbed a Lancaster bank and fled on a bicycle, the same getaway method used in another robbery last week, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies said. An undetermined amount of cash was taken from a First Interstate Bank branch on Lancaster Boulevard, Deputy Scott McAfee said. The bike was found two blocks away. Valley Federal Savings in Palmdale was robbed May 13 by a robber who used a bicycle, McAfee said.
