Joan Collins’ estranged fourth husband, Peter Holm, was denied a two-month alimony advance of $150,000 Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Judge Kenneth Black refused Holm’s request to pay his living expenses until a scheduled July 20 alimony hearing. Holm claims he needs $80,000 a month to continue the life style he and Collins shared. Marvin Mitchelson, Collins’ attorney, angrily accused Holm in court of failing to account for $1.3 million he received during their marriage. “How does a man get rid of $1.3 million in 12 months when he lives in a home rent-free and doesn’t pay a single bill?” Collins did not attend the hearing. Mitchelson told the judge she was in Europe “exploring movie possibilities” during the summer hiatus from “Dynasty.”
