This Is Supposed to Be the Game of the Week?
The May 30 baseball “Game of the Week” was--get this--the Los Angeles Dodgers (fifth place in the NL West) vs. Philadelphia (last place in the NL East). This is supposed to be the “game of the week” and one would surmise the choice was based to some extent on merit. Wrong again, baseball fans. Why not televise the first-place Giants against third-place Montreal?
At least the playoffs and World Series are based on merit.
